Qualifications
Katy is an experienced and accomplished facility and systems engineer with over 26 years of progressive engineering experience in the rail transit industry.
Katy has worked extensively in operation critical systems such as train control, fire life safety, tunnel ventilation, traction power and communication systems. For 12+ years, Katy served as the systems integration manager for number of extension programs including the BART Warm Springs extension, central control center expansion, eBART, Hayward Maintenance Facility and VTA BART extension to San Jose.
Katy has knowledge and expertise in the following areas:
